I am an advanced practice nurse with over 14 years of diverse nursing experience, specializing in family care and urgent care. My passion lies in providing compassionate, personalized healthcare tailored to each patient’s unique needs. In addition to my expertise in primary and acute care, I am certified in weight loss management and men’s health, offering comprehensive support for those seeking lasting wellness solutions. My goal is to empower patients through accessible, high-quality care that nurtures both body and mind.
My journey began with my own struggle to lose weight. I have been overweight, and at times obese, for much of my life. However, I was successful in keeping the weight off for years when I was younger. As I grew older, though, I realized that my previous healthy habits—such as maintaining a balanced diet and staying active—weren’t helping me shed any pounds. Additionally, I started experiencing symptoms of hormonal imbalances (more pronounced than what lab results could show), which included body aches, low energy, mood swings, and hair loss.
At first, I was confused. I couldn’t believe how significantly hormones could impact someone’s quality of life. After numerous appointments with conventional doctors (who dismissed my concerns since my lab values weren’t too far from the normal range), I decided to explore a more functional approach. I began researching my symptoms and investigating how I could improve my quality of life.
After months of study and reflection, I can now confidently advocate for the benefits of hormone replacement therapy. Through an individualized approach combining dietary changes, exercise, and supplementation, I’ve seen significant improvements across the board. I’m still a work in progress, but the changes have been transformative.
Through my personal experience, I can empathize with others facing similar challenges. I understand the struggles that come with this journey. I am committed to developing personalized plans that promote healing, vitality, and balance. I believe in addressing the whole person—considering biological, spiritual, psychological, and social aspects.
I look forward to walking alongside you on your own journey of healing, restoring vitality, and finding balance.
